Whether it be for the local fire department, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, or assisting political candidates with their campaigns, Kelly is driven to succeed both personally and for others.

Born and raised a southern girl from Asheville North Carolina, Jackie is our company mom. Jackie has had many jobs and careers over her lifetime and has graced us with her presence for over 20 years at ISE. She is smart, witty and funny, but her greatest asset is customer service; she cares about you personally and the success of your business. Her compassion, caring and warmth are extended to all, this can be seen by the response that we all get when we talk with our customers about their interactions with our company, we always get “Jackie is Great“ She has a wonderful daughter and a longtime companion dog named Bobby Purdy that is the ruler of her heart and home.

Toby Meier
Certified Instructor – Senior Designer – Business Owner
Mr. Meier is a 1998 college graduate and has devoted his career to engineering services and sharing his knowledge of CAD software to others. Toby has an extensive design background as well as being an FSE and AE for HP 3D Printers. Mr. Meier and his family are life long resident of Central Texas. He also owns a successful printing business in Temple for the past 20 years. In Toby’s free time he enjoys boating, golfing and is an avid bowler with multiple honor scores.
Zach Kelley
Mechanical Designer – DM Application Engineer
Mr. Kelley is a mechanical designer and an Application Engineer for Desktop Metal Line of 3D Printers. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design. Zach has worked on design projects ranging from customized engagement ring boxes, cast auger bits, underground heavy duty mining equipment, and custom hunting accessories. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing with his two young boys and spending time in the great outdoors hunting.
Ashleigh Andrews

Ashleigh Andrews is a Junior Chemical Engineering student at Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, she found a passion for 3D modeling and material science, which blends well with 3D printing. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and flying gliders.

Additive Production Manager
Aaron Rawls graduated from Texas Tech University in 2021. He found a passion for 3D Design/printing while working for Texas Tech research in the CISER Department. After college he spent some time working in the Corporate QSR industry in Business Development before making his way back to 3D design. When he is not at work, he can usually be found outside enjoying nature and hunting with his German Pointer Duke.
Zach Busby

Zach was raised in a small town in Southeast Texas near Beaumont. He is currently working towards his commercial pilot’s license in hopes to one day be a corporate pilot. His introduction to 3D printing came from tinkering with desktop printers with friends in college. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, riding, and working on motorcycles, and spending time with his black lab Sadie.

Randy Andrews is a 3D Printer Field Service Engineer at Impac Systems Engineering. He has a history of working in the Geographic Information Systems, Oil & Gas, and Information Technology fields. His love of computers and networking started at a young age and continues to this day. Randy spends his free time tinkering with computers and engines in addition to enjoying video games.

Daniel graduated for Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2021 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He would always tinker with design and prototypes with a liking to manufacturing. He would discover 3d printing in college beginning a career in the field. When not at work, he would be at home using Cad, gaming or messing with radios.
Ethan Templin
Field Service Engineer
Ethan was born and raised in Michigan, after which he moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver, where he earned his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. While at DU, Ethan developed a special interest in CAD and 3D printing technologies. When he wasn’t hiking or camping in the Rocky Mountains or trying new food, Ethan spent his free time learning as much as possible about prototyping, electromechanical systems, and machine design. He met his wife at DU, and after graduating and living together in Denver, they now live in Erie, with their Husky, where they hike, cook, and play video games in their leisure time.

Sharla is a local, family focused person, having spent her entire life in the Central Texas area. She has a degree in Mathematics and a master’s in Education from Texas A&M University. After 17 years as a high school math teacher, she decided to challenge herself in the corporate world and began a career in sales. She appreciates the technology the 3D printing provides and is fascinated by the growth of the industry. She enjoys using her communication skills from teaching and applying them to build new and fast-growing connections. She enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family but also spends time playing softball and exercising.

My name is Jordan Hall, I'm born and raised in America's Finest city San Diego, CA. I graduated from a Christian university in San Diego, University of Saint Katherine where I got my bachelor's degree in Business Management. My Master's degree was from University of San Francisco, up and down the coast I went. I'm a big sports fan and sports will always be a big part of my life. After working in various different sport leagues, I'm excited to dive in the 3D printing industry.

Born in Texas, he grew up near the coast and recently moved to the Austin area. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing volleyball and softball.

Joe is focused on finding new customers with Additive Manufacturing needs and connecting them with Impac Systems Engineering. Joe moved to TX at the age of 7 and has been in the Austin area since 1985. In his free time Joe is an avid mountain biker and enjoys grilling with family and friends.
Lisa Brown
Senior Sales Executive
Lisa has a major in Engineering Technology, minor in Math, and focused on Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering with graduate studies in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing. After some time as a product engineer and QA Manager, she went into Engineering solution’s sales, from CAD and virtual simulation tools to 3D printing solutions. She has more than six years of experience helping customers find best-fit polymer and metal additive manufacturing solutions. She has a passion for helping companies improve overall workflow and processes. Lisa is a native Texan who enjoys time with her family, appreciates time with nature, finds ways to exercise, and likes to accomplish DIY projects.
Justin Smart

Justin grew up in St. Louis and moved to Arizona in 96’. Using his 30 years of experience as a Mechanical designer he assists his clients in selecting the correct additive technology for their application. Justin has been using 3D printing to aid manufacturing processes since 1993 and is passionate about its implementation as a production solution. He serves as the co-chair for the Arizona Tech Councils Additive Manufacturing User Group and is frequently asked to present on the topic of 3D printing. In his free time he enjoys trout fishing, snow skiing and playing golf with his wife and son.
