The BL AM is a brushless industrial vacuum for conductive metal dust, combustible metal powder, and additive manufacturing powder recovery. It is built for applications where fine metal powders require a more controlled collection workflow than a standard dry industrial vacuum.

Collected powder is pulled into an inert liquid bath inside the stainless steel container, helping reduce ignition risk during recovery of conductive or reactive metal dust. The system combines H13 antistatic cartridge filtration, a metal mesh spark trap, powder separation filtration, grounding, and a hydrogen safety vent to support safer handling during metal powder cleanup.

The AISI 304 stainless steel collection container includes a front inspection window for liquid-level monitoring, a quick-connect release for tool-free container removal, and a lower drain tap for controlled liquid discharge. Inside the container, filtration and separation stages help capture powder while supporting recovery, disposal, or liquid-management workflows.

The BL AM is a strong fit for metal 3D printing, powder bed fusion cleanup, aluminum powder recovery, titanium powder handling, and machine-side collection of conductive metal dust where liquid inerting, spark control, and venting are required.
