Kelly Knake

VP of Product Development – Business Owner – Community Volunteer

Originally from Minnesota, Kelly is a business owner, community volunteer and engineering sales representative based in Houston. His passion is serving others. Whether it be for the local fire department, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, or assisting political candidates with their campaigns, Kelly is driven to succeed both personally and for others.

Jackie Purdy

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Born and raised a southern girl from Asheville North Carolina, Jackie is our company mom. Jackie has had many jobs and careers over her lifetime and has graced us with her presence for over 20 years at ISE. She is smart, witty and funny, but her greatest asset is customer service; she cares about you personally and the success of your business.
Her compassion, caring and warmth are extended to all, this can be seen by the response that we all get when we talk with our customers about their interactions with our company, we always get “Jackie is Great“ She has a wonderful daughter and a longtime companion dog named Bobby Purdy that is the ruler of her heart and home.

Toby Meier

Certified Instructor – Senior Designer – Business Owner

Mr. Meier is a 1998 college graduate and has devoted his career to engineering services and sharing his knowledge of CAD software to others. Toby has an extensive design background as well as being an FSE and AE for HP 3D Printers. Mr. Meier and his family are life long resident of Central Texas. He also owns a successful printing business in Temple for the past 15 years. In Toby’s free time he enjoys boating, golfing and is an avid bowler.

Zach Kelley

Mechanical Designer – Certifed Instructor

Mr. Kelley is a mechanical designer, certified software instructor, and a certified FSE for the HP 4200 series 3D Printers. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design. He is a PTC certified instructor for Intro to Solid Modeling and Detailing in Creo Parametric. Zach has worked on design projects ranging from customized engagement ring boxes, cast auger bits, underground heavy duty mining equipment, and custom hunting accessories. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing with his two young boys and spending time in the great outdoors hunting.

Rahul Dhanawade

Structural Engineer

Mr. Rahul Dhanawade is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with expertise in field of FEA and CFD. He holds Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with a major in FEA during the graduate studies. Mr. Dhanawade has worked on various projects ranging from aluminum die casting, to FEA of heavy steel structures, rock drills, bio pods, vertical suspended pumps, to CFD of various types of oil field valves, swimming goggles.
Rahul enjoys playing soccer and also like hiking and going to beaches with friends and family.

Terry Burns

Senior Field Service Engineer

Mr. Burns is a Field Service Engineer for the HP and Rize line of 3D Printers. He has an extensive background in the electro/mechanical field that enhances his ability to diagnose and repair 3D printers. Over the years, Terry has maintained various lines of 3D printers including HP, Rize, EnvisionTec and Stratasys. Terry enjoys traveling and bowling in his free time.

Randall Andrews

Field Service Engineer

Randy Andrews is a 3D Printer Field Service Engineer at Impac Systems Engineering. He has a history of working in the Geographic Information Systems, Oil & Gas, and Information Technology fields. His love of computers and networking started at a young age and continues to this day. Randy spends his free time tinkering with computers and engines in addition to enjoying video games.

Riley Cogdell

Field Service Engineer

Riley is a Field Service Engineer for the HP line of 3D printers. He has a passion for 3D printing with a background in FDM printers. Riley was born and raised on a ranch in the panhandle of Texas where he grew an interest in engineering. Riley graduated from Texas Tech University in 2019 with a degree Mechanical Engineering and a minor in mathematics. In his spare time, Riley enjoys traveling, tinkering with his 3D printers and playing video games.

Joe Salazar

Inside Sales

Joe has over 20 years’ experience in technology sales with a focus on customer success. Joe is focused on finding new customers with Additive Manufacturing needs and connecting them with Impac Systems Engineering. Joe moved to TX at the age of 7 and has been in the Austin area since 1985. In his free time Joe is an avid mountain biker and enjoys grilling with family and friends.

Ryan Davis

Inside Sales Executive

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in sales and project supervision. Ryan focuses on helping other and creating relationships, volunteering his time at Foster Village. Born in Texas, he grew up near the coast and recently moved to the Austin area. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing volleyball and softball.

Dylan Tomblin

3D Sales Representative

Dylan grew up in North Texas after his father was stationed at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth in 1999. Dylan Started his 3D Career with a start-up 3D Manufacturer out of Europe and quickly understood the power 3D had to offer. Since then, Dylan has continued to learn about and sell 3D Printers and Scanners in nearly every vertical. Dylan loves to talk about anything 3D but in his personal time enjoys learning to cook, relaxing with his girlfriend and cats at home, and is an avid traveller.

Diana Greener

Additive Production Manager

Diana Greener is a Waco native and Baylor University graduate with over 20 years of experience in sales and project management.  Diana focuses on building relationships, education, and service.  She has two kids, enjoys traveling, building and serving as a Board Member for Altrusa International of Waco, Chapter President for the local National Association of Women in Construction and as a Board Member for the National Education Foundation.

Haynes Herr

Engineering Intern

Haynes is an Engineering Intern assisting in servicing the company’s and customer’s 3D printers. He has an interest in 3D printed manufacturing and a history in FDM as a hobby. Haynes will graduate from Texas A&M University Fall 2022 majoring Aerospace Engineering and with a minor in Mathematics.
