The MPRINTpro is designed for series production. It combines a 500W laser with a self-cleaning filter, enabling low unit costs by running up to 500h without interaction.

The MPRINTpro can utilize an interchangeable cartridge system for safe and clean powder handling while minimizing direct powder contact for the user.
With an optional extended build volume of 150mm x 150mm x 250mm, the MPRINT has the largest construction area in its performance range and is therefore very flexible.

Powder and Cartridge System
1. Printing
The part is surrounded by unmelted, loose powder. Excess powder is collected in an overflow cartridge.
2. Unpacking
Unmelted powder is transferred to the automatic sieving station via vacuum conveying.
3. Sieving
Ultrasonic sieve prepares the powder for reuse. The sieved powder is collected in a supply cartridge.
