The IPSO 105 is an industry all-rounder high-temp machine with an unbeatable price-to-performance ratio. It is
the most automated, reliable, and fastest way to get robust, high-performance parts in the hands of industrial
engineers and designers. Aptly called the tool maker’s tool, it is a blazing hot machine of 105 liters reaching
100 °C with a print bed heating up to 140 °C. It is built with state-of-the-art dual extruders capable of printing
high-performance materials with open access to the world’s most advanced materials, including PC, PEKK,
PEKK-CF.

High-Performance Parts
A 100°C chamber, 140°C print bed, and 450°C extruders create a thermally stable environment. This ensures strong layer bonding, dimensional accuracy, and compatibility with a wide range of engineering polymers.
Two Reliable DSX Extruders
Dual DSX extruders include integrated cooling and multiple sensors for continuous monitoring. Relay Mode automatically switches to the second extruder when filament runs out.
Heated Print Bed
The evenly heated print bed ensures uniform adhesion and consistent first layers. Choose between a tempered glass surface for dimensional accuracy or a flexible PEI-coated steel plate for easy part removal.
Dry Material Storage
A sealed dry-storage chamber protects materials from moisture. Room for two filament spools keeps ABS, ASA, PC, and PEKK in optimal condition. As part of the Open Material System, it gives full freedom in material choice.
Automated Quick Start
The IPSO 105 handles calibration automatically through topology measurement and compensation. Integrated sensors maintain stable operation, and the HD camera provides real-time remote monitoring.
Full-Scale 3D Printing
The 105-liter build volume bridges the gap between desktop and industrial systems. Rigid mechanics, encoders, and industrial-grade components ensure accuracy even in long print jobs.
