Originally from Minnesota, Kelly is a business owner, community volunteer and engineering sales representative based in Houston. His passion is serving others. Whether it be for the local fire department, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, or assisting political candidates with their campaigns, Kelly is driven to succeed both personally and for others.

Jackie Purdy

Born and raised a southern girl from Asheville North Carolina, Jackie is our company mom. Jackie has had many jobs and careers over her lifetime and has graced us with her presence for over 20 years at ISE. She is smart, witty and funny, but her greatest asset is customer service; she cares about you personally and the success of your business.
Her compassion, caring and warmth are extended to all, this can be seen by the response that we all get when we talk with our customers about their interactions with our company, we always get “Jackie is Great“ She has a wonderful daughter and a longtime companion dog named Bobby Purdy that is the ruler of her heart and home.

Toby Meier

Certified Instructor – Senior Designer – Business Owner

Mr. Meier is a 1998 college graduate and has devoted his career to engineering services and sharing his knowledge of CAD software to others. Toby has an extensive design background as well as being an FSE and AE for HP 3D Printers. Mr. Meier and his family are life long resident of Central Texas. He also owns a successful printing business in Temple for the past 15 years. In Toby’s free time he enjoys boating, golfing and is an avid bowler.

Zach Kelley

Mechanical Designer – Certifed Instructor

Mr. Kelley is a mechanical designer, certified software instructor, and a certified FSE for the HP 4200 series 3D Printers. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design. He is a PTC certified instructor for Intro to Solid Modeling and Detailing in Creo Parametric. Zach has worked on design projects ranging from customized engagement ring boxes, cast auger bits, underground heavy duty mining equipment, and custom hunting accessories. In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing with his two young boys and spending time in the great outdoors hunting.

Rahul Dhanawade

Structural Engineer

Mr. Rahul Dhanawade is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with expertise in field of FEA and CFD. He holds Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with a major in FEA during the graduate studies. Mr. Dhanawade has worked on various projects ranging from aluminum die casting, to FEA of heavy steel structures, rock drills, bio pods, vertical suspended pumps, to CFD of various types of oil field valves, swimming goggles.
Rahul enjoys playing soccer and also like hiking and going to beaches with friends and family.

Terry Burns

Senior Field Service Engineer

Mr. Burns is a Field Service Engineer for the HP and Rize line of 3D Printers. He has an extensive background in the electro/mechanical field that enhances his ability to diagnose and repair 3D printers. Over the years, Terry has maintained various lines of 3D printers including HP, Rize, EnvisionTec and Stratasys. Terry enjoys traveling and bowling in his free time.

Randall Andrews

Field Service Engineer

Randy Andrews is a 3D Printer Field Service Engineer at Impac Systems Engineering. He has a history of working in the Geographic Information Systems, Oil & Gas, and Information Technology fields. His love of computers and networking started at a young age and continues to this day. Randy spends his free time tinkering with computers and engines in addition to enjoying video games.

Mark Mosser

Electrical Engineer – Software Sales

Mark has over 35 years experience in Engineering, Project Management and Business Process Improvement including numerous successful PLM and globaization projects. He has presented many papers and courses, up to the university level, and keeps his skills honed by teaching Sunday school at his church. His hobbies include camping, carpentry, gardening and has 3 successfully-launched children.

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in sales and project supervision. Ryan focuses on helping other and creating relationships, volunteering his time at Foster Village. Born in Texas, he grew up near the coast and recently moved to the Austin area. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing volleyball and softball.

Chuck Kennedy

Chuck has over 25 years’ experience in the additive manufacturing world ranging from field support, service management , operations and business development. Air Force veteran who started with SLS Technology with DTM in 1991, and experience in SLS, Polyjet, FDM/FFF, DLP, and DMLS. Ice hockey, golf, and fishing are his passions outside of work, as well as enjoying his family including two wonderful grandchildren.

Patrick Gunnels

Patrick Gunnels has a background in mathematics and CFD theory and made his bones selling ANSYS and VMWare to Oil and Gas companies throughout Texas. He is always looking to help companies improve their processes and ROI on simulation and additive manufacturing. His interests include politics, chess, and mathematical theory.

RETIRED – Carl Rose

President, Business Owner, Licensed Architect, Entrepreneur

From Ann Arbor Michigan, Mr. Rose has had a long entrepreneurial career beginning in 1985 founding, building, buying and selling technology services businesses. He is retired as a co-founder and President of Impac Systems Engineering, an engineering services firm.

Carl Rose has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. He became a licensed Architect in the State of Texas in 1986.
